Liquid Vitamins Versus Chewable Vitamins
Are liquid vitamins better than chewable vitamins? This is a very common question and the answer is a huge Yes. Lets take a moment to examine the research and see how we’ve come to know what works best.
At this point, everyone is fully aware that we as individuals are not getting enough vitamins in our daily diet. So the big question is not if we need vitamins, but what is the best way to supplement our diet so that we can be healthy, slow down the process of aging, and get more energy out of our day.
Before we get too far into the data, it would be a good idea to look at how vitamins are playing a role in our day-to-day lives. For instance, studies show that about 2 in 5 people in America take a multi-vitamin at least a few times a week. What many of them do not know is that almost 90 percent of the nutrients in their vitamins are not absorbed into the blood stream.
This means that the vitamins people are taking are almost useless. They are still no closer to getting the vitamins they need to balance their diet.
The problem is that most of the vitamins people take are the solid chewable vitamins. Chewable vitamins are very hard to digest, which means that the body cannot absorb the needed nutrients and people are no better than when they started.
The solution, of course, has been the development of liquid vitamins. By starting out as liquids, the body has very little work to do in breaking them down and getting the nutrients into the bloodstream. This means more absorption and better results.
Liquid vitamins do a better job at getting what our body needs. This means that we will have more energy. The right vitamins with added antioxidants will help to slow down the aging process and make our daily lives that much better.
With the busy lives that we all live, it is incredibly important that we get all of the vitamins and nutrients our bodies need. This is why liquid vitamins are much better than chewable vitamins.
